William & Mary Fencing is a sports club that actively participates in three fencing leagues (MACFA, SIFA, and USACFC), an annual Virginia collegiate tournament, and USFA tournaments—two of which we host at the college. We encourage undergraduate and graduate students with any level of fencing experience to come in to practice and join the traveling team, and we work diligently with beginners. The team has existed since 1924, making us the oldest sports club at the College of William & Mary. Over the past 90 years, we have received numerous medals and awards, including our recent sweep of the 2017 Virginia Cup.
Our team kicked off the competition season by sending new and returning fencers to SIFA North at UVA. We are so proud of the excitement and positivity that all our fencers brought!
